Our Mission is to help as many of our players reach college baseball as we can.
Over the past 14 years Coach Jay has:
Understand the goal. Create your plan. Choose where and what events you play in. Play in front of as many college coaches as you can! There is a process to this, and it doesn't have to break the bank.
Make sure you are up to speed on the new NCAA 5 for 5 eligibility rules. This is going to give extra eligibility to over 10,000 current college players staring in 2027.
College coaches are already adjusting their recruiting plans and are pulling back offers to HS players.
They are going to choose the older, more experienced and physically mature players over the younger HS graduates (in most cases).
If you graduate HS at 18 years old and don't turn 19 until after September 1 - you get an EXTRA year. Take that year to gain experience, strength and maturity so that you are ready for College baseball.
So many GOOD players don't play for their school - for any number of reasons:
We understand this. More importantly, College Coaches understand this. We can still get you placed in College Baseball.

Each player has different schedules

We are located in SoCal and AZ. We are blessed to be able to play in all seasons.
We are looking for HS seniors and juniors who are engaged in the recruiting process.
Out of area players are invited to come play in any number of WINTER events (tournaments or Camps) that fit your schedule and needs.
ALL players on our rosters play. If you are invited - you are guaranteed playing time. It's that simple. No need to worry about playing time.
We teach the game we don't scream the game. We are concerned with player's self esteem. When you go to math class - do they scream the lesson to you?
Parents drive the bus, write the check and are the coach at home. We want all parents involved. You won't get near the lineup card, but we like to have an open relationship with parents.
